No registration is required to use the public areas of our Website, but in order to access certain site features a free registration and/or a paid membership is required. These services are complex in nature and require that we store and rely upon certain Personal Information that you will provide to us.
CEV Health is the publisher of the information presented on and the owner of the Website. We collect personally identifiable information from users on our Web site to improve and tailor your Website experience based on the relationship we have with you.
